Refund Policy

Gollee strives to do everything we can to exceed your eye makeup and eye care needs. And we understand better than anyone the difficulty in finding the right beauty for your eyes. That’s why we offer a no worries return for any Gollee product within 30 days of the original purchase.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure you comply with the following:

  • All products must have a return number
      Note: Obtaining a return number does not guarantee a replacement or refund
  • Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase date to be eligible for refund
  • Item(s) need to be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund
      Note: If you are unable to ship in original packaging, have made modifications to the item, and/or are missing components, there is the possibility of a 25% minimum restocking fee
  • All Gollee eyelash glues are fully refundable within 7 days of receipt; more than 7 days and less than 30 days after receipt, only 25% of the order amount can be refunded
  • Custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items unless an exception is approved by Gollee Customer Service prior to the return
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

Certain conditions and exceptions may be applied to our return policy. For example, should we make a mistake or ship the wrong item, that is on us, no additional fees shall apply. If you’re unsure if your product qualifies, contact us at contact@unimore.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@unimore.com.

Purchased directly from Gollee

Initiate return using Gollee.com:

  1. Send order number and reason for return to contact@unimore.com
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return number and the return address. Please write your Return Number clearly on the shipping label area of the package(s) you are returning. Please note that a Return Number does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item.
  3. Ship back the item(s) to the following address:

Purchased from a Gollee Authorized Dealer:

Contact Dealer to initiate return and comply with Dealer’s return policies.

Purchased from eBay:

  1. Contact the eBay seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.
  2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History
  3. Select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu
  4. Select the reason for the return and submit return request
  5. eBay or seller will provide next steps for return. If a return number is provided, please write this on the shipping label area
